Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Leadforge Solutions handles information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. Leadforge Solutions is a founder-led marketing, website and growth-partner business based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, working with German, international and Thailand/SEA clients.
1. Who we are
Leadforge Solutions is a brand operated by Interactive Asia Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), a website, marketing and growth-partner business based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Interactive Asia Co., Ltd. is the controller responsible for information processed through this website. Full operator details are set out in our Legal Notice.
If you have any questions about this policy or about how your information is handled, you can contact us at dbru382@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to share with us, or that is needed for the website to function. In practice, this means:
- Information you submit through our contact form — such as your name, email address, and any details you include about your project or enquiry.
- Information you share when you contact us directly by email, WhatsApp or LINE.
- Basic, non-identifying technical information that web servers and hosting platforms routinely process to deliver and secure a website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, provide our services, and stay in contact with you about work you have asked us about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below that help us operate the website and communicate with you.
4. Contact form and form processing
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to and processed by Formspree so that your message can be delivered to us by email. Formspree handles this data according to its own privacy practices.
We use the contents of your form submission only to respond to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
5. Other ways you can contact us
You may also reach us by email, WhatsApp or LINE. When you contact us through these channels, your message and contact details are handled by the relevant platform as well as by us, and we use that information to reply and to assist you.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage is required for the site to work and to remember your privacy choice; it is always active. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are only activated after you consent, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time (see below). Before you make a choice, tags load in a consent-limited default state that does not store non-essential cookies.
When you allow the Analytics category, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, loaded via Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag-management service also provided by Google. GA4 helps us understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and which links are clicked — so that we can improve it. Until you allow analytics, these tags run in Google Consent Mode and do not set analytics cookies.
When you allow the Marketing category, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel runs in your browser, and the Meta Conversions API sends equivalent event information from our server, so that we can measure the performance of our advertising and reach relevant audiences. To match these events without collecting unnecessary data, limited technical information such as your IP address, browser user-agent and Meta cookie identifiers (for example _fbp and _fbc) may be processed. The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all until you allow marketing.
- Necessary — always active; required for the site to work and to store your consent choice.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager; off until you allow it.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API; off until you allow it.
7. Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer, which reopens the consent preferences. You can allow or reject the Analytics and Marketing categories independently. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant tags from running going forward. Google and Meta are the providers of the services above and may process data outside Thailand, including in the United States, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
8. International and EU visitors
Leadforge Solutions is based in Thailand and works with clients in Germany, across the EU and internationally. If you contact us from the EU or elsewhere, your information may be processed in Thailand or by service providers located in other countries. We aim to handle your information responsibly and to keep it limited to what is needed to respond to you and provide our services.
9. Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any such request — or if you have any question or concern about your privacy — please contact us at dbru382@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
